GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-tshamro: would not even give them * star but had to give something to reply. will never buy another Lennox product company does not stand behind its product. a *yr central air unit and motor goes and Lennox don't stand behind it. use only *-* months out of the year. When i did call talked to snippy customer service rep transferred to supervisor of course got voice mail. always thought Lennox was a good company with a quality product. boy was i wrong. will never buy a lennox product again and will let all friends and family shop at another company. Lennox is not a trusted name anymore.
