~dana: I'm usually a very patient person however, lenovo tech support got me yelling over the phone!!! *:* first time i call the lady was very nice and didnt mention a payment and was helping me with my laptops disconnecting problem. then she said that i need a hard drive so i called again then next day with the harddrive in hand and another nice lady picked up and had me uninstall all my networks and begin installing networks to the hard drive. then the line disconncected and i called back, now this is where the Indian picked up -*-*He began taking all this information that the other ladies didn't ask for and then he says that if i need to continue with the support then i need to pay *** dollars...SAY WHAT!!!!!.... i explained to him that the other ladies already had me uninstall most of the stuff on my computer in order to help me fix the problem. no one mentioned the *** .. and i tell him let me speak with your supervisor and he transfers me to the dude sitting next to him because all his
