~benparsell: My laptop was put on backorder and is literally being manufactured as I write this. They pushed my delivery date back for up to ** business days, which in reality should only take *-* in today's fast-pace business world. I cannot review the quality of my product, but if you are intrigued by a Lenovo product, I would look at a different distributer than their own such as Newegg.com, BestBuy.com, or TigerDirect.com. They did offer me a *% refund credit (bare-minimal) which at least shows that they made an attempt.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Lenovo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Lenovo problem?
~benparsell: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~benparsell: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lenovo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~benparsell: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lenovo customers?
~benparsell: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lenovo to know who you are.
