~Bpatil: My left hinge snapped and cracked my screen on my u*** laptop. When I called customer service and repair, they suggested that i send it in for repairs and that it would take * days the extra day for july *th. No problem with that. Send it in on june **th, get an email on july *nd saying they recieved my package. Didnt get any other news until i emailed them on july *th wondering when i would get my laptop back. Lenovo stated that we dont have the LCD panel so we are going have someone contact you with from out customer service management team within three BD. I called again on the **th and they said they will contact you within three buisness days and im sorry for the delay.**Now I dont really mind too much of a wait but the fact that they didnt double check all the necessary parts and its availability is frustrating. I have work thats needs to be done by sunday and it seems there is no care in the customer service departmemt. All they said they could do is prioratize my request to spe
