~J Smith: I was printing a * page document. The last page printed perfect, great color (black) not faded. Willnot print *st page!!! It requires me to purchase another refill right now! I know there is enough ink to print one more. The customer service tech hung up on me!!!! I am going to buy another brand printer instead of paying $*** for one refill! I will not recommend LEXMARK TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR TECH HUNG UP ON ME!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Other printers will print until the ink fades totally out. I have to get this document in the mail today!! **** I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER LEXMARK!!! I JUST GOT THIS ONE NEW OUT OF THE BOX!!!!!!**********I do not like being held up to purchase your products!!!
