~Frustrated with Lexmark suppor: The automated phone service said the line was open until **:** pm Eastern Time. I called at *:** pm Mountain Time which is *:** pm Eastern Time and the line was closed - so was chat. They also aren't open on Sundays. This is not what I expect from a support line.
