~sleeptight: The best customer service dept. I ever spoke to.* The young mans name was James. He was a wiz at computers. He remotely took control of my PC and fixed a glitch that the new lexmark printer caused. By the way the *in**printer model Prevail PRO *** is a great piece of equipment. Got it hooked up wireless. Found it on the net for $***.** delivered.
