GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's LifeLock customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jen1arch: Even though I had to wait for some time on the phone i got good service but I do wish they would come up with a different mode of asking a clintes security questions in that a simple pin word would surfice just as good because people of my age at ** have bad memories at times. Then if I fail to answer the question right you would put my account on hold and make me go through all sorts of things to prove who I am which is unsatisfactory and in my opinion just a show not worthy to practice. a SIMPLE PIN WORD OR NUMBER WOULD ACCOMPLISH A SECURITY CLEARANCE I should think. The credit Union for which I do business with has that pin word process and I never forget my pin word and it is unique in style to say the least. I want to tell you now and to make sure Life Lock knows this I will never have any other credit or debt card except to the one I have with VyStar Credit Union, that is the only card I will have.

~jen1arch: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jen1arch: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LifeLock's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jen1arch: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LifeLock customers?
~jen1arch: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LifeLock to know who you are.
