~candi: LIFELOCK COMMITTED FRUAD AGAINST ME!*lifelock tried to charge a renewal fee on a credit card that I cancelled (I cancelled because I didnt want them to charge my CC). They got denial, and sent me a letter telling me to call and update my account. I called and told them I did not want to update my account. A couple days later lifelock charged my personal checking account and overdrew the account! I called, they said they would write me a check for the ***.** renewal charge but nothing else...what about all of my overdraft charges???? *DONT USE LIFELOCK! THEY TAKE ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND THEN CHARGE WHATEVER ACCOUNT THEY WANT WHENEVER THEY WANT, EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL

~candi: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~candi: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LifeLock's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~candi: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LifeLock customers?
~candi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LifeLock to know who you are.
