GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's LifeLock customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~worried: Lifelock appeared to work well the first year and the second year they billed automatically and I never received the credit reports. My info did not change. Then the supervisor told me they ordered them twice and I still don't have them. I am concerned that this info can be floating around out there. They also say they contact you when the retail credit cannot eb opened in the store, but I tried that and I received no communication to verify it was me. Now I have to take the ID alerts off myself by calling all three credit bureaus. I cancelled the service. Anyone can make a mistake but they can't tell me what is going wrong...not good in the "security" business.

GetHuman: And what about LifeLock's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~worried: For that I would say five out of five.

~worried: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LifeLock to know who you are.
