~catcrazy: I wish I had gotten the technicians name. He was right on about my problem, and while he didn't think I would be strong enough to fix it. I WAS!! But he assured me that Litter maid would make me whole one way or the other. Since I am getting ready to travel good to know my box is working. This was a GREAT experience with this service. I used the call back option after being on hold ** min. The call back option got me a call back in about ** mins.
