GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-rcgaglia: I received a logitech ultrathin magnetic key board for my ipad air. As I was figuring out how it worked I sliced my finger on the back edge, where the magnetic closer is. Dony get me wrong, I love the keyboard, but you should know that the design does have a sharp back edge that could produce a very serious cut. Luckly I was able to stop the bleeding with two tight bandades. **Just saying.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Logitech. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Logitech problem?
GetHuman-rcgaglia: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-rcgaglia: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Logitech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-rcgaglia: For that I would say five out of five.
