~Danny Croft: This is the *th time I have had issues with an H*** set of headphones. They have promised to ship * day delivery each time, and each time after a week I had to call up and check on them. In every case they had not been shipped yet, and I had to call corporate office to get them to ship. Each time they either worked for a day, or did not work at all. I have been on hold now for ** min. It is a Wed at **:** EST.

~Danny Croft: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Danny Croft: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Logitech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Danny Croft: For that I would say three out of five.

~Danny Croft: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Logitech to know who you are.
