GetHuman-278950: You cannot use their email address anymore, but have to use their online form. And to use that form you have to make an account, which is an inconvenience when you simply want to ask a question. They force you to give them personal information in order to 'allow' you to ask something. More and more companies are doing this and I think it is not improving customer service by any means, but quite the opposite.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Logitech. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Logitech problem?
GetHuman-278950: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-278950: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Logitech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-278950: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-278950: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Logitech to know who you are.
