~carleda: Have called and left messages and after * days received a return call that I missed. Can't reach a human on the phone. Have trouble even finding a their email on the site they told me to go to and now have lost the confirmation * to try to have the gift which is already paid for sent. I have had trouble when I tried to send the information regarding who to send it to at least * times looking at how they wanted the info to be recorded and I'm not computer illiterate. I really don't think I will ever order from Lot** again!
