~frustrated!: I have been trying to redeem a gift of wine for several months. I cannot get an actual human to take my call. i called the * for new customers and got a very rude receptionist that has kept me on hold for ** minutes- I am still on hold as i write this up! I feel bad that my friend spent money with this company :(
