GetHuman-155786: The call went to India, but the guy spoke English well. I was calling to cancel service now that we have cell phones and skype. I told him we were dropping out landline (we arent). Whole process took about ** min including wait.

GetHuman-155786: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-155786: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MCI's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-155786: For that I would say two out of five.
