~Rick in Boston: Avoid. Verizon is obviously "milking" this, wait time was comical, ** minutes. Phillipines call center rep had accent, unclear speech, very difficult to understand. Untrained. Unable to do things. Surprisingly unable to cancel my service, says they need to call back in an hour.
