GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MCI customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~larry: Been a customer of yours for over ** years. I wanted to fire Charter and hire you. Called three weeks in advance to arrange adding to more lines to the one I have had with you. Appointment was set and confirmed for the morning of March **th. I still have no phones today and my business has suffered. After about ** phone calls we finally gave up. You could not fill the order. You could not hook me up. Then finally when you said you could, surprise, $*** per line for installation. Why not just tell me you don't want my business and to go somewhere else. Well, I did. And by the way. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN ANSWER TO QUESTIONS WITHIN ** HOURS OR ** DAYS. NOT A TRUE ANSWER ANYWAY.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MCI. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MCI problem?
~larry: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~larry: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MCI's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~larry: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MCI customers?
~larry: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MCI to know who you are.
