GetHuman: Did you reach out to MSN, and if so, how?
GetHuman: And which of these common MSN customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?
(Shows ~Rick a list of common MSN problems)
~Rick: "Update account information" was why I was trying to call.
~Rick's review of MSN customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MSN customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Rick: You say MSN at the first prompt and it doesn't matter what you say for the second prompt because the recording says "We're sorry but blah, blah, blah....) I have a phone number that they can't seem to find or I can say I don't have an account and the phone conversation ends. Your customer support ABSOLUTELY *****!!! as I've been trying to resolve my problem for two weeks now.**Rick
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MSN. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MSN problem?
~Rick: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rick: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MSN's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rick: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MSN customers?
~Rick: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MSN to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Rick taken from his MSN customer service problem that occurred on November 4th, 2017.
