~Doris Alix: it took *hr. spoke to * people.. ended up with a web site , haven't checked it out yet. MSN Games has been taking money out of my account for *yrs.*.** a mo. I thought it was a one time thing.Hadn't noticed until my daughter brought it to my attention.Haven't been able to put a stop on it, because there is no tel.*just an account * which no one I talked to has been able to help me. ~Doris Alix: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MSN's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Doris Alix: For that I would say one out of five.

~Doris Alix: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MSN to know who you are.
