GetHuman-332612: MACY'S STORES AND THEIR WEBSITE'S ARE SEPARATE FROM ONE ANOTHER, IN THIS DAY AND AGE. THAT JUST BULL... *I WANTED TO PURCHASE A PAIR OF BOOTS FOR MY WIFE. I FOUND A PAIR FOR ** AT THE STORE WITH AN ADDITIONAL **% OFF IF I USED MY MACYS CARD.*HOWEVER DID NOT CARRY THE WIDTH I WAS LOKING FOR. THE LADY EXPLAINED THAT THEY ONLY CARRY THE REGULAR SIZES AT THE STORE THAT I COULD GO ONLINE AND ORDER IT FROM THERE. SO I LOGGED ON AND I FOUND THE BOOT BUT IT WAS PRICED AT *** WITH NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT. I CALLED MACY'S CS AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO IN REGARDS TO THE DISCOUNTED PRICE SINCE, STORE AND ONLINE ARE DIFFERENT.
