GetHuman-178731: Starts at furniture, but she transferred me to the right department. Sounded like the guy was on a cheap phone or earpiece. I asked him to adjust it once, and it was fair for ** seconds but then I couldn't understand him. He had me give him the web id, but then asked me the color & size. When I asked him to tell me, he told me the wrong size. I hung up & ordered it online.
