~WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: I couldn't charge my magic jack to make calls for the past whole month, and they said:*There seems to be a problem in your order. There is a parameter in our system that killed*Auto-Cancelled the order. I will have to make a follow up report this issue to our billing department and they will be the one to find a resolution for this. *When I asked for a manager they said: Please provide me your best e-mail on where we can easily get back to you as soon as we have a resolution on this. Thank you.**HOW RUDE IS THAT!?
