GetHuman-220145: I was on the phone for * hours, first with an agent,then with a supervisor named Anette. We got into my computer control panel to modify the firewall and suddenly she dropped the chat, saying I hadn't responded in a while. I responded everytime. It was quitting time. So I wasted * hours and still have a magic jack that doesn't work, and what subject to rude treatment.*I live in Nicaragua and count on my Magic Jack as a lifeline to the states. How can you just drop a call like that after * hours of work on both sides. I guess you really don't give much of a **** about your customers.I am a long time magic jack user, and now I am looking elsewhere for such services, because I refuse to be treated in such a manner. Good Luick being ********.
