GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MagicJack customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Annette: I find it insulting when a customer service rep refuses to help or better understand your "new" policy. We have been paying for years $** and Just upgraded and nothing was on the box or email or mail that the prices were going up. Having multiple sclerosis I found it very poor customer service to just keep saying sorry. Im sorry doesn't help me when I pay close to $*** for medicines to function. Im asking to just get a refund for the plus. I still have the original box and even pay for shipping. It seems since once again Ive been put on hold for over ** min.... Im may have to report this to the ADA. A disabled veteran with M.S. should throw up a red flag could be the issue when not fully notified. I trusted you for years and saved to get the plus and was never told about an increase in fees. I was going to renew but I think now im going to terminate my service. I only ask to be refunded the $** I spent on you device and will be on my way. I cat type nor dial as much, I use dragon now t
