~Joy2TheWorld: I have had Magic Jack for approximately three years. The phone service was HORRIBLE .. The customer service tech support WORSE.*There was static, echoes and dropped calls ALL the time. I bought new phones, new phone. Cords ....nothing helped.*They auto-renewed the account on or about ******. But they won't give a refund, even a prorated refund, because a call was made on the phone after that date.**This is a Ripoff..... And probably violates federal laws as it crosses state lines. I will report to the Texas and Florida Attorney eye GE reals for possible class action law suits.*Anyone who has it needs to deactivate or turn off the AUTO-RENEW and keep the option open to renew or NOT.
