~elle blackman: I have just added a service and now I can't get a dial pad up........I pd. for service with or without a computer and I can't get the pad up so I am not only ticked off but I've got to quit your service when it expires.........not asking for too much...........paid you your money..............you didn't give me what I paid for.

~elle blackman: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~elle blackman: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~elle blackman: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MagicJack customers?
~elle blackman: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MagicJack to know who you are.
