~lcorbin: In total of four separate conversations (two live chats involving four different agents), only one issue was resolved. I was double-billed, and the *st phone conversation resolved that, I hope. Subsiquent conversations, regarding loss of service the following day, were not resolved. A confirmation email, regarding *nd year renewal and order * where never resolved, as well as a correct renewal date, as per original purchase. Repeatedly told (I) did not understand! No resolution, disrespectful attitude with agents, and ultimately disconnected by agent * out of * times. No effort to rectify the problem, just ongoing denial of problem! Saved one conversation and will be trying to follow up by US mail, to physical address.

~lcorbin: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lcorbin: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lcorbin: For that I would say five out of five.

~lcorbin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MagicJack to know who you are.
