GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Mail.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~PaulB: I have not been able to access my mail.com email for the past * days, either via pop or via the mail.com web site. My password suddenly stopped working and I get:*You've entered an invalid Email address * password combination - please retry. I have called the US number several times, and was told that they could not help and I had to use the web support. Only had a standard response telling me to try a different web browser, not telling me what the real problem is. Eventually I was told to call the freephone premium support US number, which I eventually worked out I could to do via Skype (I am in the UK and BT phones can't connect). They told me that there was a system problem that their engineers are looking into, but no timescales, or reason, and I really don't know if I even trust this explanation, given the low quality of support. Still no access. Stay away from mail.com, do not use to run your business from!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Mail.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Mail.com problem?
~PaulB: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PaulB: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Mail.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PaulB: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Mail.com customers?
~PaulB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Mail.com to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~PaulB taken from his Mail.com customer service problem that occurred on October 31st, 2017.
