~william rodd: premium mail.com is the worst email service Ihave ever seen, even worse than aol mail, which is also horrible, I have two premium accounts and they have been hacked into and important informaion deleted. They also will not allow you to transfer emails and contacts from one premium account to another premium accout, which is deplorable, I would not wish premium mail on my worst enemy.

~william rodd: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~william rodd: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Mail.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~william rodd: For that I would say one out of five.
