~mom1: My daughter had to get preauthorize for a medication I was told they faxed the paperwork to the office and that it will take up to ** day for processing I called a week later and still no authorization was noted I called my daughters doctor 's office and they stated they never got any paperwork from medco this is like starting over . I will be dropping medco as soon as I can. Good Luck to future customers.
