~megan: When I finally got through after waiting ** minutes the first time, the representative could not hear me. So I hung up and called again. This time I waited * minutes, and she could hear me now. This was frustrating. She was helpful when I finally got to talk to somebody. Problem is not solved, but they are coming out in the next * days. It was still not easy getting a human on the phone. I punched numbers quite awhile before I did. The ** prompt did not do a thing.
