GetHuman-eagleey: I paid for a friend to travel from Nashville Tennessee to Dallas Texas . He had a *t he layover and the bus was still almost * hrs late. How could this be. They had almost* hrs to reach this destination, but had my friend in the cold longer waiting for his bus where there is no restroom, shelter from the cold-heat of the day. And expected to wait through the riff of circumstances in the conditions are lose the cost of the fare.
