~Joann: Megabus is a company that scams customers out of their money and does not deliver for the service paid for. They make customers pay for the company's mistake and they are HEARTLESS AND UNCARING!!!! They were two hours late arriving at a destination causing us to miss our connecting bus and basically said, "Oh Well" buy another ticket without issuing a refund. The owner must be a criminal. The customer service people are the worst, they are rude, mean and unethical!
