~shocked and appalled: OMG! The phone staff are always so rude and I never have any negative issues like late payments. Most recently, I just wanted to ensure loan correspondence was sent to the right place due to address change and the cs rep, Tammy, had an attitude from the start as if she was annoyed for having to answer the phone. I asked to speak to a manager so she put me "on hold" which subsequently ended the phone call entirely because all I heard was a dial tone afterwards. I'm so shocked! Can people just do that w*o repercussions?
