GetHuman-154862: These people are SO Rude!! This time- * calls in so far, because they lost my payment...was told they changed pmt address in August with no notice. I sent in * extra months of payments so that this could never happen again. Now, they say* "that they have mis-applyed my money because they DON'T KNOW HOW to apply multiple payments". Really-are you kidding me??? Still have to call back to see if they can do their job. I hate dealing with this company & their rude staff. Everytime!!
