GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-jacquly: I originally called... website was not working... then I tried to purchase the $** phone ..kept turning into $**... false advertisement!!!! I tried to find the Microsoft phone... no one available!!! I tried not to be rude to the patronistic, ill informed, unknowledgeable rep, ... I suggested nicely that she changes careers or get more training!!! She kept apologizing, I had to ask her to stop. It took her **min to give a non working number!!! this is ridiculous!!! You lost * sales tonight!!! That rep needs to be retrained asap!!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jacquly: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jacquly: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-jacquly: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
