~anon: Took forever to get a real person, pressed all the buttons on my phone repeatedly and the computer still looped its * possible options (activating account, continuing service, and billing). Eventually i lied and said i was continuing service and after saying "more options" * times i suddenly got connected to a real person (who was very helpful). Person's English was good but the background noise in the room was extremely loud.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Metro PCS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Metro PCS problem?
~anon: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anon: For that I would say one out of five.
