~cnj: They were very helpful once* I was able to make contact with them. The amount of time andresearch that I had to do though to make a successful call to them was absurd! They should pay me for my time. I certainly hope their agents make a decent wage because no matter how well they do their jobs, it really doesn't matter at that point because the customers frustration level is off the charts by the time they get to the agent. That is no way to do business, creating all the road blocks deterring their own customers from receiving support from a company that they chose to do business with. This is a huge market, so unless it's the same run around with all the providers, METRO PCS is ignorant and showing their ability to keep up with the big boys... that includes CUSTOMER SUPPORT * SERVICE *FAIL--- step up or step down
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Metro PCS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Metro PCS problem?
~cnj: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cnj: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cnj: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Metro PCS customers?
~cnj: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
