~KILMAINE: Unable to resolve issues*No response from contact email*Credit card charged*order cancelled*Charges exceed $***.** and no response and no one to contact directly*I was told to wait for a response from the email contact and to contact the corporate office in Texas by mail*I will be sending a certified letter to that address and will attempt to gain a respose*Legal or law enforcement action will follow if they are unable or unwilling to resolve the issues. Pesonnel did listen to the complaint and were courteous but their directions to contact customer service and send additional emails was an unsatisfactory response and fails to resolve the issue

~KILMAINE: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KILMAINE: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KILMAINE: For that I would say one out of five.

~KILMAINE: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
