GetHuman-hannafe: customer for years, my phone had a problem, the local dealers! were Awesome, they referred me to corporate in Southfield, Mi, I found them to be inefficient, as i told them i had done troubleshooting as well as the tech at local office. This nitwit has me wait over an hour, non-communicative I'm asking questions, finally she goes, we it's **.** to give you a new one or **.** to order one? Which would have been fine if she had explained this upfront, you don't have me waiting while you fiddle faddle and your co worker declare, "he doesn't work on that type of phone". Southfield, MI corporate office is a joke!, they all need CSR training!
