GetHuman-44332: i went to by a phone (*G) and in the area i am in their is no *G service .....called to ask to please put my plan back to $** because i am not getting what they are charging me for ($** for *G ) was told that he is not doing that and that i should have know that i was not in a *G area ....well as i told him every other cell phone company has *G in the area why would i think Metro would not have it here .....i stated that it is METRO POLICY not to change plans......i ask if a Gallon of mike cost *.** you want a full gallon ...not a half gallon for *.** and that is what i am getting ...he told me again that i should know better ......i will be seeing if people in this area are paying $** for something they are not getting ........
