~ Ilikea: The first person couldn't help me because he only did Windows, not the Live Mail that came with the one-month-old computer. He transferred me to the correct department where she gave me the same story. She said they take care of only Office and Outlook, not Live Mail. She said Live Mail is a free component, which I didn't know, as it came installed on the new computer, so they don't have phone support for it, and directed me to a website. Thanks a bunch, Microsoft! Jerks!
