GetHuman-reedhave: I've stayed at a lot of Motel's and have been staying at the Motel in Denver on E. **th Ave for almost weeks. Prior to today, I'd had no bad experiences here, but I went out today and when I came back, someone with a master key had gone into my room....and they have known since my arrival that I don't want anyone coming in, not even for service...and there's a note right on the window next to the door not to open the door because my cat is inside...and they all know about my cat. Someone with a master key entered my room because when they do that, it shuts off the code to the customer's key card. I had thought that the people here were honest, but clearly someone with a master key is not.
