GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Motorola customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~noj: The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The agent wouldn't help me. Then I asked him to talk to a supervisor and he put me on hold for ** minutes, only to hang up on me after that. When I called again they just hang up on me without even answering the phone. I called a third time and no one picked up for over ** minutes. Worst customer service EVER.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Motorola. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Motorola problem?
~noj: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~noj: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Motorola's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~noj: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Motorola customers?
~noj: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Motorola to know who you are.
