~Upset: They changed their customer care to India. Employees sound young but have a thick accent with their English. When I ask for their name they have an American name. I had an issue with a product sent to the wrong address. Their mistake, but they wanted me to call FedEx and have FedEx redirect to the correct address because this is the only way FedEx will redirect to the correct address. I can't imagine that if I am the sender I can't change the address unless FedEx thinks it is a scam from another county (i.e. India).

~Upset: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
