~THIS CO IS BS: after joining this site,I put in user name&password. said incorrect password,check ur e mail acct & spam folder for Our (MyLife)response...NOTHING! RE did app& got stuck calling the Customer Service*(which is an ad line& says call Another ph* for Customer Support. FINALLY,after getting on the internet & seeing all the SCAM ARTICLES ABOUT THIS COMPANY,I SEE THIS *** area code*,that LEADS ALL HERE...after the line wrung in my ear over ** mins,I get thru! to find out "I HAD AN UNUSUAL EXPERIENCE"??? AFTER apologizing to rep for MYLIFE's incompetence,I was told by a supervisor "THERE WAS AN ERROR IN THEIR SYSTEM& THEY ARE SORRY IVE NOW SPENT **HRS trying to fix THEIR ERROR." At this point,I hope the conf* to get refunded the almost $**.** charge for this "FREE" SERVICE",is legit! as this COMPANY IS NOT!!! use the FREE SERVICE,the rest is a NIGHTMARE!!!...NOW,ILL GO TO A REAL SERVICE,for my NEEDS,such as Intellius.
