GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NET 10 customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: I don*€*t understand why every one is complaining about customer service, you get a nice phone (not the best) at a reasonable price shipped free of charge. You have the option to activate it yourself over the internet and buy or add cell phone air time (its not hard). The only time you call customer service is when you can*€*t activate it over the internet, your phone is not working properly or the air time you just added does not show up correctly. And those issues don*€*t happen very often. They are in a country outside of North America and that*€*s why its possible to offer great cell phone air time. No contract fee, or activation fee. Its about $** for ***min of air time, where else can you get that rate? As a USA resident that speaks fluent English, would you take a job that pays $*.** an hour? With deductions its $***.** a week, can you survive on that paycheck? Yes they don*€*t speak perfect English BUT they do speak a second language, some of them three languages, how many can
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NET 10. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NET 10 problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NET 10 customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NET 10 to know who you are.
