GetHuman-348733: Nature of problem was "service unavailable" as indicated by icon on display screen. Unable to make outgoing calls and incoming calls went directly* to voice mail. CSR's name was JUAN. Keep in mind this service call lasted at least ** minutes due to the actual problem which turned out was of no fault of NET **. Juan was always professional, never displaying frustration, and always moving forward in his tracking down of the problem. JUAN, walked me through step by step on finding serial numbers and procedures. Even how to enter new coding sequences. By collaborating with the service carrier used by NET ** in my area, JUAN determined they were the source of my "no service." JUAN obtained from this company a service order number and passed it along to me as quick reference should I need to make a follow up call. Thank you again Juan for not giving up.
